Terms And Conditions.

1. We reserve the right to vary or cancel a course and accept no liability in these circumstances.
2. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a £25+vat administration fee, no refunds will be made for cancellations notified within 14 days.
3. Delegates may be substituted free of charge.
4. The delegate and (if listed on your booking form) the firm are jointly and severally liable for payments to us.
5. Course fees plus vat are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
6. Course fees include course documentation.
